I'm actually speechless, there are no words to describe Turnberry Isle Resort & Club Marina.

When the Mercedes Sprinter brought the 8 of us to the Marina, it was something that can only be described as a lifestyle for the rich and famous.

The second we climbed on the yacht, we caught up with air kisses and went for a cruise on the intercostal. We all were hungry so the yacht docked at Duffys. We hopped off, ate a quick meal and then sailed off into the sunset.

The Turnberry Isle Resort & Club Marina is a fantastic resort with such amenities as tennis lessons, spa treatments and hob knobbing with other Yacht owners.

As Arthur would say, it doesn't suck!

I love this marina! My boat has been docked here for a few weeks and I'm amazed. They have security and cameras everywhere. They have a lounge for all crews, Diana at the office is a lovely person and takes care of all your needs. The guys that work in the marina to maintain it, are also extremely helpful and nice. There's safe parking, a cafe, and even a yacht maintenance crew and they offer all crew for you to hire and clean your boat if needed. SUPER SATISFIED WITH Y EXPERIENCE HERE!

    A+ All the way!

My fiancé and I stayed here a few years back when we were living out of state; he was traveling here for work and I decided to tag along for a long weekend.  I am sure glad that I did!  A few weekends ago, we decided to take advantage of a Travelzoo deal (go now.. see if this deal is still available) - Massages, Unlimited Champagne (this is where I was hooked) and access to the pool all day.   Amazing!

From the time that you pull up at Valet, each and every person will greet you with a big smile and a warm welcome.  Immediately you know that you are in for some top notch customer service.  Staying there??  The rooms are huge!  Beautiful views, super comfy beds and probably one of the cleanest rooms I have seen.  The spa.. Ahhh, the spa!  Complimentary Champs upon arrival is a great way to start your relaxation experience.  Escorted upstairs to the locker room and changing area to put on a robe and get ready to be pampered.  I always suggest a nice steam with cucumber chilled towels to begin.. this will automatically make you feel relaxed.  Both the Fig Body Butter Massage and the Pedicure were beyond glorious and made the day pure bliss.   Can this happen every day, please?!

Both pool areas will give you the ultimate resort feel - One with a cascading waterfall and private cabanas & one "adults only" pool.  The 'adults only" pool provided us again with such amazing employee's; setting out towels, being sure our drinks were full and striking up a genuine conversation.. it was above and beyond.  And what a YUM lunch at the pool cafe.. Fish Sandwich for him & and wonderful Rose wine and salad for me (I crave this salad).

It doesn't matter if you make this a wonderful weekend stay-cation or just a pool/spa day-cation.. You will be beyond happy and sure glad that you came.  Be sure that you take a little bit to walk around the grounds and see just how beautiful the resort is.. You won't be sorry.   Enjoy!

We are from Palm Beach, which is considered local. We come to Miami often...once every couple weeks or so. Not ever again...not at the Turnberry...
We arrived early...about 45 min after we were told our room would be ready...no biggie. (Front desk staff was VERY RUDE!) We found a restroom,  put on our swim suites, and went straight to the pool bar for lunch. Food and drinks we fantastic! Adult pool was very relaxing.
Finally made it to our room  a  couple hours later. Walked in to an attendent trying to figure out a discrepency with the mini bar. As soon as he left it was pretty obvious...there was a half drank bottle of water left....2nd red flag.
Next we noticed the incredibly filthy room. Dust everywhere! 3rd red flag... (I took pics) Dirty shower, so on, and so on.
We got ready to head to the Madrid vs Barcelona futbol game. We decided to take an Uber so we could have a little fun. The "drop off" area is poorly planned. It took a a bit too long for cars to filter through. Still...no biggie.
After the game, at absolutely NO fault of the hotel...getting out of the stadium took HOURS!  After about an hour and a half in, my husband called the hotel to see if they could call a car service for us. He told them out apps wouldnt work and internet wouldnt connect. The woman took his number and told him she would call him back. After realizing we werent getting a return call, I decided to call. The woman remembered my husbands call, and proceeded to tell me that it was not the hotels responsibility to get me back there. NO JOKE!  I was treated better in the Middle East!
After another hour+, we made it back to the hotel. We saw the manager on duty and told him the entire story. While speaking the him, the woman who we spoke to us on the phone came out and tried to argue with me! The manager didnt even acknowledge her! No telling her to stop...NOTHING! The only thing he said to me was that all calls were recorded and he would hear the whole thing...when he had the time to listen to it! UNBELIEVABLE!
While it is NOT the hotels responsibility to get us back, I have never in my 40+ years of travel, encountered a hotel so unwilling to help. Not only unwilling, but simply RUDE about it. Not only should the night clerck be fired, but the night manager needs to be demoted at the very least. This was beyond a horrible experience!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...choose another hotel!  This place just isnt worth the time and trouble! I dont want anyone to be treated the way we were! Please choose elsewhere!!!
